James Howton owner/operator, I have worked in the senior moving industry for over 10 years doing moves, being the operations manager, estimator, and move manager. In that time the one overall downfall I’ve noticed was not being able to give seniors enough hands-on time. When moving is part of the business model you’re always onto the next estimate/move.
